Photo Show 1ft @ 2 seconds - Images

This past weekend my roots got a little exposure to some of my recent work shooting surfing. The Compound Boardshop hosted a photo exhibition on the last 50 years of surfing on the gulfcoast. I had about 35 images on display along with other photographers. The event was a huge success with a packed house by 8pm. Many thanks who came out and supported it. Here are some images....that show my images...!

Lisette & Bryan - Wedding

We shot one of the most polished weddings I have seen in a while and while we were working to make it happen Lisette and Bryan created one heck of a good time for their guests.  Here are two slideshows, one more of a time lapse of the wedding on location and the other some of our favorite shots.  The time lapse was a little unsuccessful since it got bumped and moved while we it was firing on its own, but still got a few frames we could use.  Enjoy!

Ocala Fat Tire Festival Images

This past weekend we headed up to ride, camp and kayak near Ocala, FL.  Had a great time riding with some old friends, introducing Zack to one of the better trails of FL and some wilderness R& R.  It rained on Sunday so the kayak trip didn't happen.  Still good times.  I did as little shooting as possible, (since I was on vacation) but had to get some shots that will get sent out to a pub.  Props to Mike G for landing his first backflip on dirt (see below)!  Always nice to hang around a bunch of riders. We offer 2 types of photoshoots:

Our “Single Shot” session lets us go anywhere and shoot pictures of you without the lame fake suit or dress pinned on you in a studio. With this shoot, you get a ton of great shots, we have a fun time and you have something other than a stiff yearbook picture to commemorate your Senior year!

Our “Double Shot” sessions is unlike what anyone else in Florida offers! We do the same shoot as above, but then do a second “action” shoot of you doing something you love! You love to skate, ride horses, play in a band, we’ll shoot some totally rad magazine quality images of you doing it! We can also do a crazy underwater shoot like no one else has!

(A few quick notes) You can bring friends to your sessions to jump in some pictures with you, you can bring unlimited outfits and we often go to a couple different locations to shoot! We have a hair & make-up pro on staff if you want the straight-up full model experience. Book individual shoots with some of your friends and we get to have a photo party!

Many of you know that Ben is a pro surf & sports photographer and that Stephanie shoots fashion & models under the water in addition to all their other photography work. Well, now you get to have your own pro’s shooting you!

ATP World Tour Tennis - Delray Beach, FL , some of my favorites

This past week I was lucky to have been able to cover a pro event so close to my house, making the days much shorter by cutting out the traveling. This was my first time covering pro tennis and learned a lot and found it very unrestricting compared to almost all other pro events. I pretty much could go anywhere I wanted as long as I didn't get near the 90 year old event photog. She sniped at me once and I knew after that not to go near. My collegue and good friend Joel Black also shot it, who is a big tennis fan and filled me in on the details of play. Each match was about an hour long and we were able to shoot the entire time, which enabled me to carefully plot out each shot.
