Surfers for Autism St. Augustine Beach, FL

Surfers for Autism traveled to Saint Augustine, FL and it was my last beach event of the year that I will be able to attend and cover for them.  Here are a few images and a time lapse I did for them!

Last week in short notice we hopped on a plane to NYC to chase the rising swell from Hurricane Igor churning out in the Atlantic Ocean.   We met up with our awesome host Justin Gallo who hosted us in his Brooklyn apartment while his girlfriend Alexa put up with us for the 4 days!  Great people.  We searched from New Jersey to Long Island, New York and were rewarded.  Here are some of the shots that were ran online.  In the coming months the better ones will be run in Print.

A few recent architecture shots.....

Here are a few recent architecture shots that were shot around South Florida for my clients.  A renovated church, Interior lobby, Kiddie Academy playground, and a BB&T drive through.  Sorry for the lack of posts but I have had a crazy schedule! 

Hurricane Earl Published shots

Last week the entire East coast surfing population got their wishes to come true for one day.  I chased the storm with pro surfers, Matt Oberman, Cheyne Cottrell and Tanner Strohmenger .  Cheyne landed two shots, one in Surfline and one in ESM.  Tanner got a shot in ESM.  A couple lineup shots were also ran.

The Endangered Leatherback Sea Turtle

As a personal project that I began last Nesting Season I once again entered the water to photograph one of natures many wonders, the Leatherback and Loggerhead Sea Turtles.  Here is a short video about my journey capturing the turtles and a little more info on the Leatherback.  Enjoy!

Nicaragua Aug 2010 trip

For the third time in 9 months I traveled to Nicaragua to shoot surfing.  Nearly 11 days chasing that elusive barrel, which we got 2 hours before we had to leave on the last day!  Thats usually how it goes... Extreme Engagement Shoot

My good Super athlete friends Tony and Nikki recently got engaged at a mountain top finish at this years Tour de France.  Thus, I had to create a little different style of engagement photos.  I shot from a truck while they toasted, just like in the tour.  We dove off a 3 meter diving board together into the pool and did some underwater stuff as well.  Good times!
